Call 1-877-CT-HUSKY for information and to apply.  Child care expenses are deducted from income.  HUSKY B coverage may not be available if a child has been covered by health insurance through a parent’s employer during the past two months; exceptions to this waiting period include loss of employment and financial hardship.

* HUSKY B co-payments - $5 for some medical office visits, $3 generic prescription, $6 brand-name prescription.

**HUSKY Plus Physical - supplemental coverage for special physical health needs is available to children who meet the HUSKY Plus criteria.
